My Challenge with Dandruff

When I was a teenager I started seeing the signs of dandruff, the itchy, scaling scalp, and the white oily flakes all over my clothes. Of course I was embarrassed and wanted that and puberty to go away as soon as possible, but everything I tried just seemed to mask the problem. I eventually had to break down and go to my parents and ask for help. I could not get rid of it on my own, I needed help.
I had been dealing with dandruff for a long time now and have this delusional notion in my head I would become an expert and discovery a dandruff cure. I started reading all I could on dandruff, its symptoms, it causes and its treatment.
If the information was out there dandruff, I knew about it. If it says it was a dandruff cure, I have tried it.
First I look at what causes dandruff so I would know what I was up against.
